Mrs. Mohana Kadam is an architect by profession. She graduated from College of Architecture
and got her Masters in Architecture (Urban Design) from C.E.P.T. Ahmedabad.

Awarded the Prime Minister’s award for Excellence in Urban Design for Bandra- Kurla complex – Mumbai.
Awarded the Best Leader at Dubai on Oct 25, 2021, an award and honour conferred by Asia One, ET Now CNBC, Zee TV.
Felicitation and recognition under the program RISE-Start-up to Union by Zee 24 Taas, for achieving the World Record in Infrastructure for made for constructing longest asphalt road of 36.691 kms in 24 hours between Pusegaon and Mhasurne, Satara district, Maharashtra. Program was relayed on the TV Channel.

Award for the Best Brand from a prestigious business media house consisting of Asia one, Economic Times Now (ET Now), CNBC, ZEE TV in Dubai on October 26, 2021.
As Director of Rajpath Infracon Pvt. Ltd. felicitated by Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH), Government of India with a SPECIAL Award of Excellence for achieving a NEW Guinness world record of 75 kms in 105 hours, at the national event on the theme “Innovation and Excellence in Road Construction with National Highways Excellence Awards (NHEA) 2021 Ceremony” under Azadi Ka Amrit Mohotsav at the Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi in July 2022.

As Director, also felicitated and awarded a special Appreciation Award at the hands of Hon. Nitin Gadkari, Union Minister for Road Transport & Highways for outstanding work towards Water conservation by Rejuvenating/ creating water bodies and utilising natural resources for NH Construction work, in May 2022.
Technical Shirke Memorial Award for 'Well- Built Structures 2022-23' conferred by the Builders Association of India based on criteria like economy, innovation, safety, staff and public welfare and green initiative on February 2023.

Present Responsibilities in Raj Path Infracon

Mrs. Mohana Kadam governs the entire and overall backend operations of the organisation. Besides looking after the administrative activities of staffing, facilities for the employees, database and digitization management, she also directs the HR Policies, Talent management, appraisals, grievance redressal and other HR management portfolios.
Besides this, she solely leads the Finance and Controlling department along with Accounts department and all allied activities pertaining to their functions.
She also looks after all corporate communication, PR between the organisation and its various stakeholders and Digital and social media of the organisation.

Social Responsibility and undertaking

Manages the The Rajashri Kadam Prathisthan that carries out various activities in the field of women and child welfare.
Conducted independently, various workshops in Indian dance & workshop for children upbringing.
Active promoter of Green Fashion and related activities promoting natural textiles and related industry.
Leads the Rajpath Sports Foundation and manages all its administration and operations. This is an initiative especially for the promotion of sports and encouraging and supporting deserving, driven and ambitious sportsmen and women aspiring for reaching new heights and representing the Nation on the global platform. It sponsored the 𝟕𝟏^𝐬𝐭 and 72^nd 𝐌𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐭𝐫𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑 and 2024 at the grand Balewadi Stadium in Pune. This was conducted by the Maharashtra Athletics Association. The benevolence was appreciated by the participants from all over the state for excellent arrangements and seamless organisation of this important sports event.
