TRAINING INITIATIVES

At Rajpath Infracon, we have long said good-byes to boring class-room-only trainings and now engage our staff better by making learning a dynamic, two-way street. As a consequence, we see our teams fully immersing in the learning experience- collaborating, actively participating, strategizing together even during routine work. What huge priceless benefits this brings to the teams and our Organisation! This is the 3rd consecutive year that we at Rajpath Infracon have conducted a 3 day session of Technical Training at our AP Project site by Dept. of Civil Engineering, IIT Bombay. These sessions provided exposure to advanced concepts from the maestro of Road Construction- Dr. (Prof.) Dharamveer Singh and his brilliant energetic team from IIT Bombay.

ite-based machine operator training has to be a balanced combination of theoretical instruction with hands-on demonstrations. The Trainer's expertise and practical experience on the actual equipment and site working is most important in such trainings.

Our Plant & Machinery team members, take proactive interest in ensuring that our maintenance team at site is trained, informed and confident to keep all our plant and machinery in immaculate condition. This works as a backbone when our project sites are working full throttle.

Their unique approach ensures operators understand machine functions and safety protocols in a real-world context, leading to safer operations, increased productivity, reduced wear on machinery, and improved job satisfaction. Such trainings cover machine specifics, safety, maintenance, and often includes assessments to ensure competency too.

Often such behind the scenes effort goes unnoticed, but we salute such deeply committed and driven enterprising, and forward-thinking members in our team. We look at this as a necessary investment in our most important workforce the controllers of quality, and understand now that Rajpath Infracon is the only infra company taking up such an initiative!

With our knowledge- collaboration with The Civil Engineering Dept of IIT Bombay, we have been conducting knowledge- packed, stimulating and enlightening technical training sessions for our staff and Management across the Organization.

Training keeps us on top of our game. Learning and development (L&D) is a continual process. The success however depends on not just the enthusiasm and focus of the trainer but also the commitment and involvement of the trainees. Our enthusiastic and experienced Team is engaged in conducting trainings & workshops at all our sites on various aspects of Preventive & Predictive Maintenance of machines and equipment, tool talk, best practices in maintenance of machines to extract optimal output and performance as well as management of documentation, records, systems and safety at work.

Constant training is of prime importance in a business like ours, to enhance the knowledge, skills as well as team morale. An employee who receives the necessary training will be able to perform his job more efficiently and effectively as they have a better awareness and understanding of the whole process. This will lead to lesser mistakes on site, lesser accidents as the workers are aware of hazards, and a resultant increase in everyone's performance !
