An Alumni of Symbiosis Law College, Pune, he has wide and extensive prior experience with legal formalities and compliances required by the infrastructure industry, since last 17 years. His expertise in Civil and Criminal Law, Arbitration & Conciliation Act makes him a distinct asset for the organization.

With over 20 years of experience in managing the HR activities mainly in the infrastructure sector, he is a veteran in all core competencies that the HR function requires.
